MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

Students are navigating academic pressure, social media, changing peer dynamics, constant comparison and new forms of online and offline interactions. When students are struggling emotionally or socially, it can show up in many ways such as difficulty concentrating, changes in academic performance, withdrawal, behavioural changes, conflict with peers, anxiety about school or difficulty managing emotions.

We support students by giving them a supportive space to understand what they're experiencing, build practical coping skills, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others. This is done through counselling, psychological assessment, workshops and early intervention, while also working with the adults around them parents, teachers and school leadership because a student's environment matters as much as the student themselves.

WHAT WE OFFER SCHOOLS

Student Counselling and Psychological Support

Student Counselling & Psychological Support

Individual support for students experiencing emotional, behavioural, academic, social or personal difficulties.

●  Anxiety and academic stress

●  Exam pressure

●  Low mood

●  Friendship difficulties

●  Bullying

●  Social anxiety and social avoidance

●  Family-related stress or change

●  Self-esteem and self-image

●  Anger and emotional regulation

●  Grief and loss

●  Difficulty adjusting to change

●  Behavioural concerns

●  Other mental-health difficulties

Counselling gives students a genuinely confidential space, not a place where everything gets reported back to understand what they're experiencing and develop healthier ways of coping, at their own pace.

Psychological Screening & Assessment

We can support schools with psychological screening and assessment for concerns related to academic and learning difficulties, cognitive functioning, attention and concentration, emotional and behavioural functioning, social functioning, developmental and neurodevelopmental concerns, and other psychological difficulties.

Assessments help identify where a student may need additional support not to label them, but to build recommendations that genuinely fit the student, their family and their school.
